Are there adverts?
No third-party adverts. SwiftLabs includes an optional SwiftScripts companion-app link at the bottom because it supports the same South African doctor workflow.
Does the free allowance count failed searches?
No. A free use is counted only after result detail and patient history load successfully. Failed searches, no-result searches, invalid logins, session expiry errors, non-PDF responses and cancelled purchases should not count.
